hey there, sucka. thanks so much for your suggestion for weeniechic. i would absolutely LOVE to post more than one picture a day, and i used to.. i mean look at april.. jeebs! but unfortunately lots and lots of people visit but only a few send in their cutest. what's a weenie to do? true, i do find my content if i have'ta.. but i like to post the users pics much much better. so thank you.. and i'll post the picture that you sent in, tomorrow.. ohhhhh, wait.. you didn't send one in. :) tell all your friends in your dachshund meetup group about me.. and then email a friend, and pretty soon you'll have your two, three, four, five weenies a day.. if you like that sort of thing. word!

hey guys, i'm back and operational! i told myself i'd never post a picture that i took (especially such a boring one) but i just had to share. this was taken in howth, ireland, which is a fishing and yachting town. i was standing up on the coastal levee when i turned around and saw this! irish weenie! i had to zoom way in to get this shot but it was the best i could do. wonder if he barks with an accent..

WC is going GLOBAL! OK. that's SO not true. what is true is that tomorrow morning i'll be hopping across the pond to London to spend some much needed vacation time away from the J.O.B.

WeenieChic is a one man show, people (shocking i know.) so keeping the flow of postings is going to be a little rough while i'm away. not impossible, i will have my handy powerbook with me, and i'm going to do my best to post everyday, but in my absence i'm holding the first annual... Thanks to a heads up I've found that relaying has been denied.

well. since you asked. if you sent mail through the site a lot of you might have had them bounce back. some ISP's (internet service providers) are pretty picky with the email you send. if it has to go through too many channels to get to your intended recipient (a.k.a. ME!) they see that as possible spam and they block your lovable dachshund picture from getting through. well, because this is a blog your emails go to my blog provider first (squarespace) then get redirected over to me. forwarding madness! possible spam! no good for any of us. meh.

to fix this issue i had to create a new email address that's not @weeniechic.com. all email links will open up with the new addresses now and they should be active and working by the end of the day. let me know what you think of the new domain name!

hint: it's after the '@' sign. click it to check it. send something in while you're at it! :) thanks guys!
