this is nugget. we've had nugget here before, and he is a handsome dude fo' sheezy.. check him out. mom thinks he looks guilty.. i think he looks sophisticated :) ok, there's some guilt there, too.

and mom sent in a burrito submish, too! check out the nuggy nose..

bonk. nugget is awesome, pie!
making your day!
woodland fairy! woodland fairy! :)
kaaatiiieeeeeeeee! :) that's how i imagine saying katie's name, jen. thanks for sending this! hope i made your day - again :)
one cute dachshund
in what has to be one of the cutest pictures EVER, alicia sends in this picture of her girl sadie when she was only twelve weeks old,

so, alicia. when sadie sits there and looks up that cute do you just feed her snacks all day (amazon sells groceries now? what can't you buy at there? geez.) i would. she just got an OMGjuststop from me! i don't give those out very often, but this one deserves it.
pay attention, people!
this is the kinda pic that gets you posted!

wonderful pic, teresa, thanks so much for sharing it with me. i definitely went, "awwwwwww" when i first opened it up. :) nice work
dachshund meets arthouse
russell might not have known it when he sent it in, but here he's submitted a very nice example of dachshund arthouse photography. right? am i right? i think i'm right. i like the letterbox effect (scanner induced? possibly, but i'm not tellin'.)

and another thing i'm discovering is that us dachshund owners have a weird fetish for naming our puppies after foodstuffs. this is a good example of that, too; his name is bagel. also submitted by russell; his other dachshunds sesame and charlie. hmm. two out of three, russell.. two out of three!
prosh tuck
this is jamie. he was adopted from dfw dachshund rescue and teresa, the sender inner, wanted us to see her pictures of him. they're great teresa, keep up the good photography!

and you're right, it is a great example of a burrito! picture.
one pimp dachshund

dood.. which way to da ladies?
all that's missing is the popped collar. :) charlie is looking pretty slick, nick! and look at all that chest hair!
get this dachshund an agent
his first head-shot.

OMGjuststop™! are you serious? look at that crinkled tongue AND those EARS! [pause for you to stare at his ears] it could also be his first fabric softener commercial.
teddy really grew up nicely, liz. and, at your request, here's heidi's famous sun hat picture.
love it!
sambuca the double dapple doxie
but we needed one in color to really get a look. beautiful boy you've got there tom and jenn!
